Adam Domyslawski
Adam has worked in the industry for over twenty years as a PT/Coach. He has always enjoyed every aspect of training and competing from a young age.
He won two British titles in kickboxing and went on to box as an amateur in the services. He has also competed nationally at cross-training competitions.
Later, Adam progressed into more strength orientated competitions and competed for several years at U90kg strongman and then onto masters.
Over the years Adam has helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness and performance-based goals, and has coached two World, three European and many British champions in a wide range of combat sports, from BJJ, MMA, karate, judo, and boxing.
He has gained a plethora of qualifications over the years in S&C, nutrition and is a Bioforce Certified Conditioning coach.
Meet the Team

Adam Bennett
Adam has been working in the health and fitness industry for nearly a decade, providing results for a variety of clientele through his personal training business.
Adam acquired his degree in Exercise Science in 2016, where he tailored his education toward nutrition and psychology.
Adam has his GP Referral qualification, and is trained in working alongside specialist groups such as individuals with diabetes, cancer, hypertension etc.
Whilst studying Adam helped to run and coordinate multiple GP Referral schemes and gained experience working with a diverse group of individuals.
Adam has also been competing in powerlifting for the past four years and was invited to compete at Nationals in 2023 against the strongest people in the country.

Nutritional Program
£50 a month
A completely bespoke nutritional program that accounts 100% to your needs. We provide extensive nutritional guidance tailored to your goals. This includes individualised calorie counts, any allergies you may have and meal/food preferences.

Exercise & Nutritional Program
£90 a month
This Program combines both exercise and nutritional guidance, and is a sure-fire way to guarantee results. Ensure you are not just spinning your wheels in the gym, and you are not undoing all of that hard work with poor food choices. Catalyse your results with our most robust and effective program.
